Ann Kennedy, President

AIA, NCARB, LEED AP

Hi, I’m Ann. I’m a licensed architect and LEED AP. I founded AMRK after working as a healthcare architect at Perkins + Will Atlanta for about a decade.

I graduated magna cum laude from Georgia Tech’s graduate architecture program, after undergraduate studies in Fine Art and Romance Languages at UGA.

In addition to working as an architect, I occasionally teach an architectural design studio at Emory University. I enjoy volunteering on nonprofit boards, painting, running, cooking, and spending time with my husband and children.

Rachel Irvani, Designer

LEED AP, Certified Vaastu Architecture Consultant

Hi, I’m Rachel. I came to AMRK in 2022 after ten years in high end residential architecture focused on projects in New York City, the Hamptons, Atlanta and Charlottesville.

I graduated from Drury University’s Architecture Program with a Bachelor of Architecture and a minor in Art History and went on to attend Columbia University’s GSAPP Two-Cities program in NYC and Paris.

In addition to working with AMRK, I teach and mentor on vaastu architectural design at American University of Mayonic Science & Technology.
